a toilet
a sink
a door
that clinks

steel bars
barbed wire
and fence
chain link

one blanket
one bulb
one constant
thought

only
what if
I had not
been caught

no word
from wife
no family
cheer

no good
occurs
while I'm
in here

to flee
be free
once more
no doubt

one thought
in mind
to just
get out.
