Biography

Nabeel Sharoon is a Pakistani Christian and a resident of Lahore city. After completing his baccalaureate in Mass Communication, he started his professional journey as an Assistant Video Director at Alpha Productions Pakistan. He worked as a video director, production manager, script writer and English subtitler in various Christian cable channels in a career spanning ten years. From an early age he was interested in welfare activities and continued to participate actively. In the same spirit he worked as a managing director and English teacher in a welfare school. Along with some of his companions, he also runs a charity organization which works for children's education and general health. Realizing and accepting his calling, he has translated several English Christian books into various languages spoken in Pakistan and India and has also made a living out of it. He has been vocal about mental health issues, through his writings and talks making mental health a priority and seeking immediate medical and spiritual help. He is determined to write articles on educational topics through Texas Escapes Online Magazine. Through his writings he will also make a sincere effort to show the world the real face of struggles and hardships of less privileged children in getting an education.
