have a friend who sold an Old Houston Hotel, she had kept this portrait and had
asked me to help identifying the person in this original painting. I'm interested
to help. She was offered $2,500.00 but still doesn't know who it is.
Cullen,
Davis, Travis who? The frame has been painted over which is not good, but does
look original. There is a stamp marking on the back London England. Slightly damaged.

frame dimensions and 30 1/2x38 inside measurements.
Do you know who might
be able to set a value and a certificate of originality. She would have no problem
in bringing this for an appraisal.
