Schools
The Jonesboro School was built in 1974 and opened in 1975. We
have checked the records at the school and other places [and have
found that] there were two other schools before this one.
The original school was built in 1869 and served until 1928. The 1928
school served the community untill 1975 when the current one opened.
The former school is now the current Methodist Church. Thank
